We’re happy to exchange or issue a store credit for unworn, unwashed items in new condition with the original tags still attached within 21 days. Please keep in mind all sale items, reduced-price products, beauty, pierced jewelry, and intimates are FINAL SALE. ATTU does not accept returns for final sale items. Please note that at this time, we are not able to process returns for refunds.
To start a return for store credit please create an account on our website using the same e-mail you used to place your order. Once logged on, you can go to My Orders, and all your orders should appear. At the bottom of the page select “return”, and follow the directions. If you have any difficulties, please e-mail us at [email protected]. Please include the original invoice or order number with your items when you mail them back. Please make sure all clothing is sent back in its original condition, as we cannot accept items without tags attached. Please note that we will not accept returns that have been received after 21 days from the purchase date.
If you receive a defective item, we are happy to refund you for that purchase, exchange it, or issue a store credit. Please e-mail us at [email protected] to initiate a refund for a defective item.
